Terms and Conditions for Tour Vacation Packages

Welcome to Kings and Queens Travel! By purchasing a tour vacation package from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information: Kings and Queens Travel, located in Brevard County, Florida, provides vacation packages and travel services through our website, www.kingsandqueenstravel.com (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of our tour vacation packages.
2. Payment and Booking
- Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your full payment. This email will include your itinerary and booking details.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date of your tour will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that Kings and Queens Travel must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid or a credit towards a future tour, at your discretion.
4. Changes to Your Booking
- Change Requests: Any requests to change your booking must be submitted in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability. Changes made within 30 days of the tour start date may incur additional fees.
5. Travel Insurance
- Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may affect your travel plans. Insurance is not included in the cost of your tour package.
6. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents.
- Health and Safety: You are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour. Kings and Queens Travel is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during your trip.
7. Conduct
- Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that does not disrupt or endanger the enjoyment or safety of other tour participants. Kings and Queens Travel reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: Kings and Queens Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from any errors or omissions in the tour package descriptions.
9. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
10. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
